All stays at Casas da Vila are confirmed on a non-refundable basis.

Once reserved, each home is held exclusively for your dates and prepared in advance for your arrival. For this reason, cancellations, changes or early departures are not eligible for refunds.

We recommend confirming travel arrangements before booking.

Should a guest not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be treated as a no-show.

In this case, the reserved period remains considered fulfilled, and the home will no longer be held beyond the original arrival date.

We understand that travel plans may shift. Requests to adjust dates, number of guests or house selection are always received with care.

Any modification remains subject to availability and, depending on the season, may involve a rate adjustment.

Reservations are confirmed upon full payment at the time of booking.

Casas da Vila are private homes, shaped with attention to detail and meant to be experienced with the same sense of care.

Any damages, extraordinary cleaning needs or improper use of the space may result in additional charges.

In rare circumstances beyond our control — including natural events, public restrictions or other exceptional situations — we will always seek the most considerate path forward for your stay.

Whenever possible, alternative dates may be offered, without obligation of refund.
